A very fine, elegant rum from Saint Aubin. Finest agricole meets port wine, berry, and cherry notes. The finish is medium-length, with oak and caramel notes dominating. All in all, a great daily sipper.

Round and fruity. Nevertheless, I would prefer the brother from the Sauternes Cask. However, both are easy sippers.

#6110 24.12.2025 The final samples before tonights Christmas Party with some nice food and family. Nose Wood, fruits, port, light eathy, berries, light chocolate, light caramel, light pineapple. Palate Round, wood, fruits, port, light cherry, spice, faint sulphor, light floral, clove, light orange. Finish Medium long, wood, light roasted, light chocolate, citrus, light clove. Empty glass Close, chocolage, dried fruit, light caramel, cinnamon.
