On the nose a vegetal side (rhubarb) and agricole with banana and other tropical fruits. On the palate the attack is soft, then the aromas come with lime, vegetal, bitter almond, and caramel. The finish is beautiful and rather long with fruits, cedar wood, and vegetal. Another beautiful rum from the Swiss bottler Guildive. When the glass is empty, a lot of smoky and vegetal notes remain.

After having had a few Bielle in the glass, I find that this bottling unfortunately didn't quite keep up. I expected a bit more here. For me, the rum is a bit disappointing and nothing that leaves a positive memory.

A very nice Agricole from this bottler and I like the overall finish. A fruity Agricole with spice, nuts and fruits. Lightly dry and pretty complex for a rum only 9 years old.

Brutally complex Bielle, especially the lavender mint and kiwi chocolate toffee note really blows me away!🤤 On the nose there’s also eucalyptus, fig, toffee, and grapefruit. Quite astringent on the finish but extremely full-bodied with an unusually long finish for such a young rum. Great! Generally striking how awesome this toffee note is often worked into Bielle! Hammer!

I can't remember having ordered this sample. As expected, too agricoley for me but with nice herbal-medicinal notes and toffee on the nose. Quite nice on the palate at first, then it becomes too citrusy and too agricole for me.

Apricot jam and vanilla dominate the nose, but it unmistakably remains an Agricole. Also on the palate the fruity apricot notes with a slight floral touch.

Nose is unimpressive: some herbs, citrus fruits. Taste initially herb-heavy, then some vanilla. Dry mouthfeel, alcohol is well embedded. Somehow the rum just doesn't grab me.

Blind sample from mentalo no clue what's in the glass so please 😀 Nose starts with lots of tropical fruit, after a short time it becomes more roasted. On the palate slight sweetness, a nice fruitiness, maybe some apple, definitely a pinch of cinnamon and a dense feeling on the palate. In the finish tropical fruit remains but it now goes more towards orange peel / bitter orange and is quite astringent. Initially thought Worthy Park. Would now rather go towards Monymusk maybe 10 years old with some years of tropical aging.

Complex Agricole from Bielle. On the nose I had a lot of citrus fruits. Then on the palate very complex. Even on repeated tastings, I had the citrus fruits very present on the nose!

Alcohol is well integrated. Has a nicely pronounced note of citrus fruits both on the nose and on the palate. Also a bit mineral. The finish could be more intense. There are better Bielle bottlings, but even the somewhat "worse" ones still have good quality.
