This ia a bomb of a white Bielle, wow. It needs to rest for a while because it's really intense from pouring to the finish. The ABV is there from nose to finish, but not that it burns you, it's just a very warm and dry palate. Sugarcane and fruit are there all the way from nose to finish. The palate adds dry and peppery touch and the long finish is lightly bitter. A very nice surprise as I had expected it to bite more because of the high ABV. Price to quality is very good.

Crazy stuff, beautiful unaged Agricole. Naturally very floral on the nose, citrus fruits, especially lime, are also recognizable. On the palate it remains floral, sugarcane comes through, also banana and pineapple, as well as mineral in taste.

A very good unaged rum from Bielle, coming in with a brutal 73.4% 😮💨! But very well integrated. On the nose and palate you also get a slight Jamaican note, meaning light ester notes, pineapple, banana. Otherwise classic known citrus fruit notes.
