Palate Fresh, light oily, fruity, light melon, light citrus, light mint, spice, light spicy, light vegetal. Finish Long and warm, fruits, light citrus, light melon, spice, medium dry, light vegetal. The next really great Agricole. Really herbal on the nose, just like an Agricole should be. Then also very herbal on the palate. Sugar cane is recognizable, also very mineral, but really tasty.

Still restrained on the nose, very fruity on the palate, with lots of lime, spicy and peppery. I like it better than the Bologne rhums tasted at the same time.

An amazing expression in the famously difficult to master agricole blanc area. At 59% this is impressively drinkable. As a mixology agricole it’s lethal, the power and the smoothness to provide the very best of the agricole flavor to drinks. Recommended.

This is a strong rhum.Made in Marie-Galante, one thing to know about this island is that they only produce 59%rhum in every distillerie.with such a unique terroir. 59% can you imagine.

Poured from a sample. I believe this is my first Bielle, got high expectations from what I’ve heard. Off the bat, the nose is very expressive- lots of agricole hallmarks. The nose is similarly well done and full in presence. Great citrus, vegetal and minty notes all surrounded by that sugarcane sweet minerality. Overall, a very good rum!

Extra white to drink neat, with simple but perfectly balanced markers of sugarcane and maybe a bit of pear. On the palate sugarcane and slightly honeyed that stays present for a long time... Perfect also in ti-punch.
