Really nice nicaragua single cask for a change. Strong notes of cinnamon, dried apricots, banana puree, dark chocolate cookies and fresh oak. Very harmonious, balanced and delicious! An absolute recommendation.

I'm really surprised, the rum tastes really delicious. Alcohol well integrated. I find it quite drinkable. I'm not really into this profile anymore, but this one is really good. Tried the leftovers in the glass as a mixer and also found them to be good

#7286 12.09.2026 Celebrating my new personal best on the 20 km hike. Started out fast and it was hard for me to slow down, burning all my ressources along the trail. I did manage to cross the finish line as the first one. Listening to some nice tracks by Hardwell on Spotify. Really nice Nicaragua especially when looking at the price tag at release. Well balanced rum with spices, fruits, herbs, roasted wood, tobacco, smoke, chocolate, tannins and some coffee.

Dark scents with dark chocolate, leather, oak, vanilla, and dried apricot. Fantastic but a bit sweeter flavors of dark chocolate, oak, vanilla, and coffee. Medium to long coffee finish. Very good rum.
