This little corner of paradise is the birthplace of Millésime 2005, the brand's new flagship which is sure to attract the attention of connoisseurs... It is unveiled to us after 15 years of maturation, in the shadow of the distillery's original cellars. A long period during which it has been able to unfold its multiple flavors. Its aromatic profile evokes that of its predecessor, the 2004 vintage. On the nose, we find the prunes, raisins, dried figs and cocoa beans that made the previous vintage so charming.
