EDIT: powąchałem rano kieliszek, wyraźny zapach świeżych drożdży. Pierwszy raz z czym takim się spotykam, nuty chlebowe umami mi się nie pomyliły. Zapach: Jeżyny, czarne wiśnie, suszone owoce leśne, banany, tytoń, wanilia, nutka mięty pieprzowej, czerwone cierpkie winogrona, fioletowe kwiaty, słodki nektar kwiatowy, nutka anchois lub po prostu umami Smak: Delikatny, wanilia, dżem z owoców leśnych, ananas, nuta chlebowa - mdła fermentacyjna, kwaskowaty, mineralność, suszone skórki curaçao Finisz: Mineralny, lekko gorzki
