Un beau produit, avec notamment un super nez. Dommage que la longueur ne soit pas assez longue, et qu’il manque un peu de gourmandise. Édit après aération bouteille : beaucoup mieux qu’à l’ouverture, un nez qui s’est ouvert sur du savon et de la fleur. Une bouche un peu moins alcoolisée, mais reste un peu âpre. Pleins d’épices et un peu de poivre sur la fin de bouche.
