Here's the surprise: for a cane-honey Haitian rum at 43%, it drinks noticeably thin. Vanilla and caramel lead, with a little spice and citrus behind them, but several members land on the same word — flat. Pleasant enough as an easy pour, and the price-to-quality ratio wins people over, yet nobody here calls it memorable. A gentle, watered-down take on the style.

In der Nase würzig und Süß im Mund dann ebenfalls fruchtig und süß. Im Abgang bilde ich mir Schokolade und Vanillenoten ein. Ganz ok aber nichts besonderes.

Der komische Kalender Tag 12 Alles in allem war er ganz o.k. hab viel Vanille und Karamell geschmeckt. Auf Haiti bin ich mal wieder nicht gekommen. Leider sind die Rums aus den alten Jahren alle sehr verwässert.
