in der Nase das, was man von vielen Spiced Rums kennt. Insbesondere Kokos, Ananas, Banane. Weniger chemisch als viele andere. Am Gaumen natürlich süß und Gummibärchen. Für Freunde dieser Art von Rum sicherlich zu empfehlen.

Viel süß und das Kokosaroma ist viel zu künstlich. Genauso auch die vanille. Schade habe von Kirsch mehr erwartet. Muss man nicht unbedingt probiert haben. Keine wirklichen destillateigennoten. Schade

Beim Flensburg Rum Convent 2023 probiert, jetzt endlich mal das Sample ins Glas gekippt Erster Eindruck: dickflüssig, karamellig, sehr süß, künstlich Nase: Karamell, Toffee, Banane, süß, süß, süß Gaumen: Alkohol, verkohlt, süß, Rum? Abgang: kurz, unbeeindruckend Gesamteindruck: übertrieben süße, karamellige Nase, am Gaumen fragt man sich, welcher Rest Rum dafür Hops gehen musste. Dafür mag ich nur unter 5 vergeben, weil selbst Captain Morgan runder ist. Sorry, da hilft auch das Recyclingglas nix.

#4572 26-27.01.2024 Hanse Spirit OK, this one was an instant regret. A mixture of sugar and Christmas spices. To me sweet with sweet on it and then add some sugar just because you can. Cheap rum but not a rum in my mind. Got a bit on my fingers and I think you can use it as simple glue ☺️ Brought home a sample to someone I know likes this kind of rum.

I simply picked it up as a sample at HanseSpirit. Clearly: this is not my cup of tea! Flavored, sweetened and reduced to 40%. But I'm not the target group for this rum-based spirit. Let me taste it objectively. Nose: oh yes, sugary sweet and blatantly intense pineapple with coconut. But rather intensely artificial with a hint of passion fruit. Piña colada from the supermarket. Plus lots of vanilla, caramel and a hint of cinnamon. Also reminds me strongly of a caramel pudding, very creamy and creamy. It's more like a liqueur than a round rum. 24 Palate: I haven't had anything this sweet in a glass for a long time. Thick, but also soft and creamy sugar syrup with candied pineapple, coconut chips and vanilla. But again, it all seems very artificial. Unfortunately, there's not much more to it than that. At least it doesn't seem watered down, despite the low ABV. 22 For sweet rum lovers, this is certainly a nice digestif. For those like me, it's more of a horror. But better than DP, even if only minimally 😜.
