17-07-2025 - Rate 7.9 08-08-2025 - Rate 8.2 CDI and Barbados Foursquare bring back a lof of memories of good rum. My journey into the world of cask strength rum began with CDI and Foursquare. My favorit CDI Barbados Foursquare is the 16 years old with orange lable. 1.st edition bottled for Denmark 👌🏻😉 This rum is not that good but I reaylike it. At first tasting it was the opening rum but this time we had a few before tasting it. Notes of alcohol, wood and tropical fruit with a hint of coconut. Palate tropical fruit, vanilla, oak and alcohol. Medium finish with tropical fruits and oak. Alcohol is very well integrated. Its very smooth and round. 27-12-2025 - Rate 7.6 14-03-2026 - Rate 7.5

Coconut, light fruitiness, nice acidity, a bit of vanilla. Alcohol is well integrated. As often with Foursquare, it lacks depth, but this is a well-rounded bottling that you can enjoy very relaxed.

A rather disappointing Foursquare like the sister cask. Some glue, coconut, yellow sour fruit, slightly smoky and rather mediocre alcohol integration. Feels to me like primarily continental maturation and taken out of the cask too early.
