07.02.2020 Private tasting i was invited to. Notes. Medium dark colour. Nose: Intense, fruity, wood, spice, coconut, faint caramel. Palate: Intense, wood, light roasted, coconut, fruity, natural sweetness, caramel, spice. Finish: Medium to long, wood, fruity, light chocolate.

Alcohol on the nose very disturbing and pungent, taste quite alright but also a bit boring and not very complex.
Review by ElReyTristan
Rather pale color for an 11-year-old, the nose smells of coconut. Probably from American oak, which makes sense. The juice seems to have more barrel-related aromas, but not much in the way of typicity. On the palate, it's quite straightforward, with sour cherry and dried fruit on the fruity side, but soon it's the metallic, copper notes that linger on the palate and last quite a long time. Not really my style, as I'm more of a gourmand. That said, it's pretty well done.
