Restrained. Wood, vanilla and subtle aniseed. Wood spice and sugar cane on a fleeting appearance in the mouth, mild and not very complex. Short finish with minimal nuances of smoke and honey. Overall too restrained, little character.

Rhum J.M

Avg Rating 8.0/10 over 250 Rums

Rhum J.M is Martinique's oldest surviving distillery, tucked into a lush volcanic valley in Macouba on the northern slopes of Mount Pelee. It is the only producer on the island that makes its rum entirely from its own cane, milled within an hour of cutting, and its brown-sugar signature has made J.M one of the most beloved agricole names with collectors.
