11.09.1992 Nice small tasting with only 12 participants. Notes Very dark in colour. Nose Light, wood, light roasted, caramel, light nutmeg, cinnamon, plum. Palate Wood, roasted, anise, dried fruit, light caramel, plum, light herbs. Finish Medium long, wood, faint chocolate, light herbs, dried fruit, light medicinal. 4.0 stars of 5.0 which should amount to 8.0 today.
