Infinity Spirits La Cabaña The Royal Cane Cask Company El Salvador 2007
Most people land on the same verdict: clean and pleasant, but not memorable. The nose is the highlight — sharp nail polish and solvent that settles into marzipan and cocoa. The palate goes chocolate, coconut and a little smoke, though several tasters call it thin and feel the 51% reads watered-down. An easy weeknight sipper rather than something to study.
- Nail polish-marzipan nose
- Chocolate and coconut
- Easy weeknight sipper

How does Infinity Spirits La Cabaña The Royal Cane Cask Company El Salvador 2007 taste?
Aggregated from 24 community reviews.
Clean column rum, great nose, thin palate Liked but rarely loved. The solvent-and-marzipan nose wins people over, then the palate falls a bit flat — several call it thin or diluted for its strength. A pleasant, slightly sweet everyday pour.

Great, tasty surprise! Nothing wrong with it for a relaxed summer evening.

Overall a little less complex in direct comparison to the Bellamy and the dilution to 51% doesn't seem as successful here. Delicious and can be drunk very well but overall not quite as full-bodied...

#4112 A surprisingly good rum considering the price tag. Lightly fruity with nice roaste/smoky notes and a warm palate. The finish is medium to long. Draws very thick slow moving curtains. The empty glass gives of some chocolate and more wood. After a few hours marzipan pops out of the empty glass.

This rum is also very tasty. I can taste a hint of chocolate here. This rum is also a little sweeter, but everything is still within reason, not as bad as with A. H. Riise :) A very successful rum.

Cross-tasting with seven bottlings from Royal Cane. Not bad at all. Somehow slightly diluted or watered down on the palate. Overall, however, none of the bottlings convinced me.
