Great success for this 1st monovarietal with the cane "energy", same profile of the nose in the end on the well sweetened cane bringing him the greediness and a very mineral side which gives him its character and its typicity. A beautiful vegetable note of pepper brings character to this delicious juice.

Popcorn jumps at my nose. On the palate I find corn with a hint of caramel, apple and pepper.
