A newer bottle at my favorite metal-bar in Copenhagen. This has a very smoky profile, with subtle hints of caramel. Notes of more smoke, spices, burnt hay and a short aftertaste. If you're into peated whisky, you might enjoy this

Liquid pipe tobacco! Could not put it better. Definitely a completely different "smoke profile" than the other previous ones in the Boulet de Canon series. Not too smoky, not too whisky-like but really a surprisingly pleasant note of mild pipe tobacco. Not much rum left, but still another exciting project from CDI and above all less "aggressive" than previous finishes of the series!

Doesn't taste like smoke, pipe smoke integrated into the rum. Unfortunately not my thing at all. But of course that's a matter of taste...

Another very intense smoky one. Check. Didn't I accidentally pour this into the ashtray? Didn't. Well then. Again full nose of smokehouse, bacon, smoked, smoke and whisky. The same in taste but again it's rather annoying to me. Low ABV, short finish.
