#5217 09.04.2025 Running some white samples at home while relaxing a bit. Nose Fresh, sugarcane, light vegetal, faint herbal, medium intense, light floral, citrus. Palate Round, medium spicy, fruits, citrus, sugarcane, vegetal, light anise, light floral. Finish Long and warm, faint smoke, light vegetal, light sugarcane, light anise, citrus. Empty glass Light licorice, citrus, sugarcane, light metallic.

On the nose rubber and glue that then shifts to vegetal (eucalyptus, mint, anise), citrus and metallic with some final spice. The palate is fresh, almost balsamic with mint, eucalyptus, anise and fennel, then subtrates some dried fruits, licorice and white pepper. In the empty floral glass. Peculiar, but not the profile I like to drink in an agricultural rum. Probably works well in a Mojito

Retours du salon dugas : fleurs, fruits blancs, vanille, petit grain.. un vrai coup de coeur ! Clairement une bouteille que je pense acquérir d’ici noël.

Tasting at the rum fest so incomplete... Very fresh nose on licorice and eucalyptus, on the palate we have the same markers joined by a nicely sweet cane. A nice length.

Nez frais sur la canne à sucre, poivré et une odeur de pneu caractérisée qui peut effrayer… Bouche franche et nette, belle attaque sur la fraîcheur, le végétal et très peu esthérisée pour un 55 degrés. Finale sur le sucre roux et l’herbe fraîche
