Well done, pleasant

Soft and without body. It's not bad, but far too expensive for what it is (-1 on the score for the very unfavorable quality/price ratio), it's not worth half the price. In this age bracket, the Bondieu a1710 is far superior.

Beautiful ESB, perfect blend of cane and wood all in a single barrel. A job well done!

Tasty and mild. But not an absolute highlight and somehow a bit boring and hardly any body and complexity.... For the price in particular, I would have expected more here. It's still very young...

#4617 16.02.2024 Relaxing with an old friend I haven't seen for 10+ years. Always nice to enjoy a few good rums together. Nose Intense, fruity, light roasted wood, light caramel, sweet. Palate Round, wood, light roasted, fruits, medium dry, naturally sweet, tannins, light chocolate. Finish Medium long, wood, roasted, fruity, vegetal/Agricole. Very nice rum where the price to quality is pretty good. Thr empty glass has some coffee, orange and stronger chocolate.

Not bad, but a little flat. A little alcoholic, a little hazelnut, a little yeast - a little uninteresting.

Very interesting sample, I like this kind of rum..it reminds me Jamaica style.. a beautiful nose - mix of sweet, spicy, fruity and floral notes- sometimes I smell medicinal, glue, next time its more like apricot. I personally was surprised by the color - because its not white/ clear for 1 year old rum but some kind of orange or yellow… The taste is quite straight forward not complicated. There are tones of spice, wood, salty..but sometimes little bit alcoholic…..

First I was afraid when I noticed this is agricole rum. Aroma is very nice and to be honest very gently. I like the sweetness that reminds of chocolate and vanilla. Than is like a huge fruit bomb with spices (little bit punchy). Taste at my opinion is very fruity and fresh but also very dry at the same time (that I find very interesting about this rum). I noticed a very specific fruit in the taste, which I for God's sake cannot determine Another interesting sample. I am not a huge fan (or fan at all) of agricole rums for now but this one was not bad at all.
