"Sweeter FSQ. I like this," sums up the camp that enjoys it. This is a classic 15-year Foursquare single cask: coconut, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit, with chocolate and spice on a long finish. At 60.4% the alcohol is mostly well knit, though a couple of tasters found it hot and a touch too sweet. Familiar Barbados profile done well.

Most helpful positive review
A typical Foursquare with dominant vanilla, coconut and caramel aromas. It still scores a few points thanks to the red fruitiness that keeps flashing up on the palate. Very tasty, but doesn't really stand out from other Foursquare.

Tasted together with RX12304 and RX18937. With a similar ABV, the strongest and edgiest with a typical Foursquare profile. Compared to the others, the alcohol is the least well integrated. 3rd place

#5630 05.09.2025 Enjoying some sample after work getting ready for the weekend of tastings. Nose Fresh, light wood, fruity, light coconut, raisin, faint citrus, light caramel. Palate Oily, light wood, light roasted, light coconut, light chocolate, light caramel, spice, faint cinnamon, dried fruit. Finish Long, wood, dried fruit, light caramel, light chocolate, faint cherry. Empty glass Vanilla, chocolate, light caramel. There is a nice natural sweetness to the profile and the ABV is pretty well integrated. Needs to rest for a while to really open up properly.

Was soll man über eine Foursquare Abfüllung noch viel sagen. Auch wenn ich mich wiederholen, wie meist zu 95% von hoher Qualität, mit den typischen Kokosnuss Aroma, wie eben zu erwarten war. Sehr gut, aber hebt sich nicht von den anderen ab.

And the next good Foursquare. Echt anständige Rums, Alkohol jedenfalls gut eingebunden hier. Ansonsten halt relativ fruchtig, vor allem Kokosnuss, aber auch leicht süßlich dank Vanille, Karamell und Schoki. Hoffe mal auf den nächsten Rum, dass er nicht so süß ist.

Rum Friendly Club Advent Calendar Day 6. Un nez de Foursquare typique, noix de coco, fruits secs et caramel vanillé. Mais ici, plus de pimenté et de poivré que d’habitude. L’entrée de bouche est belle, coco et vanille puis un côté acétone et vernis avec un alcool assez présent rend ce rhum intéressant et un peu déséquilibré. La finale est longue mais pas tout à fait satisfaisante. Un rhum avec du caractère mais qui manque d’harmonie.

For me a classic, but very good Foursquare. It has everything you would expect. Coconut, spices, dried fruit and a pleasant sweetness. Alcohol very well integrated. I like it very much.

Very fruity on the nose with some wood and caramel. There is little "floral" on the palate; however, the taste is convincing with different spices, caramel and a light barrel note. The finish is similar and really long-lasting. The alcohol is quite dominant due to its strength, but I personally like this strength. The rum would certainly have developed even more positively with longer storage.

.. Foursquare is a distiller from Barbados producing amazing rums for everyday drinking. It's a rum that will be appreciated especially by rums who are fed up with sugar and are looking for a smooth, sweet rum full of coconut, vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Just pleasant and not aggressive flavours.

Hezká vůně kombinující skořici, vanilku, datle a kokos. Chuťově je to klasika od FS jakou už jsme tu xkrát měli, ale je velmi dobře vybraný sud. Vyrovnané složky, že vše sedí. Hezky umírněný závěr, mírně třísloviny. Je znát vyzrálost.

Second bottle allready , first tastings , not a fan. Quit normal all day rum with to much caramel , could even drink it with coke 🙄, but afther half a bottle i must say it’s different… i discovered this is more then bitter caramel , to good for with coke , but still😖🤣, its a very drinkable rum , very high abv but still a very good all day rum , i can enjoy this one every day the bitterness is pleasant the alcohol is just wright , it misses dept and a finisch , that s a bit a pitty

Again quite dry, woody and cocoa foursquare with a subtle hint of oiliness. This fades quickly though and what remains is a long dry finish. Foursquare probably doesn't surprise me anymore, but this is one of the better ones I've had.

For me disappointment...in the vein slightly in the background you can feel FQ but very subtly and I am performing mainly alcohol. Alcohol is not well integrated and strong (I was liquified) in the taste is again slightly noticeable FQ, chocolate etc. The sample was enough for me
