This rum was a nice surprise and it was filtrate using cocoa nibs! A complex yet well rounded easy sipping rum that I can recommend. An organic rum from Belgium and I hope to see more from them in the future.

My girlfriend came home with this bottle and I was intrigued by the look of the bottle: organic rum made in Belgium. On the nose, cocoa clearly stands out while it is less prominent in the flavors. The rum is sweet (I suspect sugars have been added, but I can't find this information anywhere). It tastes like violets (like the jenever or Ghent noses) and in that sense, it feels a bit strange to be rum since it's the first time I notice something like this. The sweetness of the violets lingers a bit in the finish.
