Un Jamaïcain assurément.... Une belle présence du floral en nez une belle douceur... Les 45° suffisent et participent à cette petite danse des sens. Au goût les esters sont là mais sans prétentions et haussent le floral et l'épicé. Un beau mélange qui alterne les saveurs. Un fin de bouche moyenne longue... L'épicé est toujours présent mais cède sa place à l'astringence typique des Jamaïcains... A absolument à avoir dans son bar.
