Edit: you have to admit it goes towards whisky, but I still find it super interesting. It has its peculiarities, outside the range. As CubaLibre a enrichment Brought to the Community Tasting Nuremberg. Some may find it a bit too much towards whisky, but for me it is a nice extension of the flavor spectrum in the rum world. For a German rum in a chestnut cask really good.

This shows Simon's strength. First-class rum with an amazing bouquet and complex taste. You should let it sit in the glass for a few minutes. Then not only the multi-layered bouquet unfolds but also the complex rounded taste. German rum does not have to hide from the Caribbean or South American competition. Excellent!

A very interesting rum, but surely divides opinions. Both in smell and taste the alcohol is present and clearly noticeable, but well integrated and pleasant. Complex, reveals itself only after several sips.

This one was also in Simon's tasting pack. So far my undisputed favorite from this distillery.. How to briefly describe this rum? Fruity, sweet, insanely complex yet still round. I really liked it.
