A white rum, distilled at DDL in Guyana and aged in Germany in stoneware and red wine casks. The rum was also slightly sweetened, which is noticeable in mouth and finish. Otherwise, hints of coconut, caramel, chocolate come through, but all very restrained and diluted, which clearly puts the rum in the mixer segment.

Taste-wise it has a distinct sweetness but not dominant, rather well integrated. A bit of pepper and spices can be tasted, light fruity hints of light fruit. Can definitely be used well for mixing some cocktails.
