Super, runder Agricole mit allumfassender Süße. In der Nase noch recht dezent. Hintenraus dann immer kräftiger. Mit der stärkste in der Serie für mich.

The combination of cassis, blackberry, camomile tea and vanilla pulp and a little cocoa is crazy and really delicious! I really like it! Not quite as complex as the 2006, but a tad more drinkable and accessible!

Solvant au nez Qui se transforme en anisette vanillée pointe de noix et nectarine Un bouche avec un boisé puissant dans la délicatesse, présent en début et en fin de bouche. Avec au milieu une compote de pêche abricot figue et amande, qui se lie a une bonne fraîcheur. Finale assez longue dans un boisé un peu astringent mais qui reste gourmand.

Al naso è fresco e invitante con pelle/tostatura, legno, frutta secca (albicocche), spezie, lieve cioccolato, frutti rossi prematuri, agrumi, tabacco sul finale. Al palato è cremoso e mantiene gli stessi aromi con prevalenza dei frutti ed una note dolce ed un'altra salata in aggiunta. Nel finale rimane fresco e quasi mentolato con vegetali misti(erbe/fieno/camomilla), ma corto e poco profondo. Il naso è superiore al palato in questo caso. 8.7+

#4032 This is a really nice glass as well and the price tag is more than justified in my mind. Fruity with nice spicy profile and pretty well balanced ABV and wood. Fresh ans lightly oily in the palate. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and I can pick up some chocolate and herbal notes in the empty glass.

Un brut de fut molto intenso! Molto belle le note scure del legno e pelle che non sono mai invasive! Molto presenti i sentori di frutti di bosco e con tante erbe che equilibrano bene tutta la bevuta! Sicuramente un ottimo bally!

Dieser Brut de fut ist schon sehr gut. In der Nase hauptsächlich Holz, außerdem ein sehr würziger Geruch. Etwas Vanille ist auch dabei. Am Gaumen dann auch holzig und würzig (Pfeffer und Muskatnuss) sowie etwas Vanille.

A super harmonious Bally, it literally sips away. The wood on the palate is nicely balanced, the alcohol is deliciously integrated and we really liked the herbal-spicy character. Delicious!

I'll continue to feel my way towards Agricole. The Bally's are there for me the ideal representatives. So here is an unadulterated 11yo.Nose: nicely concentrated fruity-woody-spicy. Aromatic dry cedar and some nutmeg with cocoa powder and vanilla. Slightly tart blackcurrant with sour cherry and apple give the fruitiness. I also find it slightly vinegar, which makes me think of a red wine. Out the back it seems slightly herbal with some tobacco, chamomile and licorice. Very pleasant. 85Palate: strong woody-spicy without being unpleasant. A bit salty at first with nutmeg and a hint of clove, maybe some vanilla and mint. Then blackcurrant and blackberry also come through, slightly acidic. Fresh green boughs at the back with chamomile tea and grassy sugar cane. 83Beautiful, spicy and round Agricole. I'm beginning to suspect what draws people to this....

Ahh, erinnert mich an den Brut de Fut 2004, aber ohne zu holzig zu sein. Genug Power und gleichzeitig mild. Gefällt mir gut.

Comme souvent sur ces vieux Bally bruts de fût c'est le bois qui domine. Ici il est accompagné de vanille, d'une touche de pomme. En bouche, c'est très pimenté. Boisé toujours. De la vanille, de la muscade. Mais pas le fruit que certains trouvent. Bon, mais très loin du 2004.
