Tasted at Spa with other Bristol Classic bottling, I did not expect much but what a pleasant surprise. I found a complexity and even esters I would not have guessed Panama blindly.

Very easy going nice rum. It does err on the sweet, but not sweetener side. The nose has wood, vanilla, dried dates and cocoa. The palate is vanilla, milk chocolate and honey. Milk chocolate and mint on the finish. I might well get a bottle of this - it’s a quality example of its style.
