Very successful bottling. Both the bourbon barrel and the Sauternes barrique leave clear traces. Ester comes on a vanilla pod and ends in a pleasantly woody and surprisingly dry taste experience. The smell unfolds more and more in the glass over time into a refined bourbon scent. The almost 66% are well integrated and absolutely do not burn. The guys from the Society really know their stuff.
