Review by Jussi Piirainen
Mexican rums that are not available in Europe. On the nose : Notes feel like agricole rum, but more olive brine, little bit of vegetal, green and little bit of nail polish notes. I would say that this is typical for a mexican rum that the nosing notes match with agricole rum notes. Taste: Peppery. Estery. Olive brines. Mainly sugarcane notes. Sweetness coming from sugarcane. Finish:Grassy, briny, green. Agricole notes Medium fimish. Mexican rum that tastes like a agricole rum with sweet olive brine notes.

Bottle kill review. I really like this and it’s a strong contender for my favorite session/cocktail Oaxacan rum to keep around the house. It’s got the brine, grass, and funk characteristic of the style, but has this wonderful watermelon rind note I love.
