#6521 21.03.2026 Day two part one of todays evening tasting with a few friends. Today the music is a bit different because not all like my Trance and Psy Trance, so we have settled on some EDM and hits from the 80s. Thank you Petter for the nice samples. Surprisingly good bottling with a nice price tag as well. The nose is medium intense with lots of olive, apple, light rubber and smoke. The palate is intense and oily with sugarcane, mint, earthy, rubber and anise. The finish is very long and spicy with olive, salt, apple and anise.

My first clairin and I have to say I'm hooked. I pick up on the more savory notes of olives and tomatos first. This makes way into some of the more grassy and vegetal notes that my limited experience led me to expect from a cane juice spirit. And finally ends with some floral and tropic fruit that I can't quite put a name to. Fantastic and I look forward to trying more clairins. Cheers!
