Poured from a bottle that’s been open for ~2 years and is mostly full. This is a very nice collaboration between FRS and Worhty Park. WP took the blend from their Single Estate Reserve bottle already aged 6-10 years and aged it in an ex-Port cask for 3 additional years. Lots of port influences on the nose- berries and such, but the WP distillate still comes out nicely. The palate is very balanced between the distillate, the woodiness, and the port influences. Not as austere as some Worthy Park bottlings can be with some age. Overall a very good rum and one I am glad I have a full bottle of.
