Strong sweetness in the beginning. Then a taste of fruit - banana. However kept down by the added sugar. It never goes really funky or complex. The taste then disappears with no to little aftertaste.
Tasted 22-04-2022 I love the stills of Guyana and this is such an interesting experiment of showing the levels of dosing can do to a rum . This has 15g added to the original blend Nosing Stewed apple,sugar candy canes ,peppercorns Tasting Sweet rum and raisin ice cream and then moves to watered down ice cream Delicious really but knowing the original stills this moves my score downwards ...
