Kesselherz Louis Santo Single Cask Rum
Sipped neat, this drinks soft and sweet — caramel, raisins and a dusting of cinnamon, with cocoa and dry oak on the palate. A couple of members catch a cognac-cask edge and even a touch of bitterness in the finish. Opinions run from "nice beginner sweetness" to "the sweetness never lets up." An easy after-dinner pour rather than something to pick apart.

Review by cigares
A rum with a caramel and woody nose and a hint of citrus. The palate is more bitter than expected, with dried fruit in addition to caramel and wood. The finish, too, is slightly bitter, with hints of brandy.
