I've been drinking it from time to time since I bought it, and I really like it. Reminds me of the Creol from Savanna with 67.2%. But this one is a little weaker in terms of alcohol content and a little less olive. Better for me, because I never really warmed to the other one and gave the bottle away at some point. I find it impressive how good it tastes for being only 2 years old. Who knows what Paranubes could do if they were/could be stored longer. The bottle suffered a bit on the way through Central America 😅 Unfortunately, they only have unaged and very young rums. But amazing how good they are, potential is definitely there. They said that they have something that has been lying for 3 years and should be lying for even longer. No idea when it will be bottled and whether it will then come to Europe. I visited the distillery's office/warehouse/bar directly in Oaxaca, Mexico. The distillery itself is in the mountains, unfortunately they don't want visitors there. I bought a bottle of Anejo RX15229 for the equivalent of about CHF 33.

Crazy vegetable mix - especially green peppers and chili.
