Probably SV mark. Heavy on the burnt sugar. Caramel/espresso/dark chocolate. Bitter tones. Not overly sweet. Round. Great finish. Not a bad drop at all.

200th tasting and picked a delicious 18yr DDL. On the nose fired fruits, caramel and dark berries. The palate burnt sugar, dried dates, leather, licorice, wood, espresso, dark chocolate. The dark chocolate and espresso notes carry the finish.

Wow! A real punch, a real full-bodied old-style Guyanese rum, heady fruit with beautiful rancio, leather, tobacco, tons of oaky spices and beautifully smooth with a rounded smoky finish.
