Opened this bottle with my lovely neightbors. As Bielle is known for their quality, also this one doesn‘t disappoint! Nose: Awesome fruitiness paired with complexity, honey and wood. Mouth: Various mix of fruits with some nuts and wood Finish: Quite long, but more on the wooden side with a hint of licorice The alcohol is integrated very well!

The first rum after the 13th GRF and this week continues just as qualitatively as the German Rum Festival ended. A nicely complex and round Bielle on the nose and palate with a nice long aftertaste. Dry, woody, slightly fruity and few vegetal aromas. I like it very much. Thanks Galli33 for the samples of this nice Bielle.

Never far when I want to treat myself, a favorite. First approach round and very pleasant, with a nice note of vanilla. On the palate, the attack is frank, fruity, and stays true to the nose. The finish is long, indulgent, and makes you want to come back. With a warm brioche, it's just perfect
