Nose: Light coconut, cane, chocolate flan. Palate: Cane, yellow fruits, caramel, vanilla. Finish: Flan, coconut. 8.0 barely passes the bar because the finish is quite short and 45 degrees is light but it is still interesting. Tasted in Radda In Chianti at Casa Porciatti, the best restaurant and caterer in the area.
