#6070 17.12.2025 Continueing my second box of unaged samples I received from a good supplier. Nose Fresh, round, sugarcane, citrus, light orange, floral, light cardamom, light olive. Palate Oliy, balanced, fresh, sugarcane, light orange, light floral, faint mango, light cardamom, olive, light salt. Finish Medium long, round, oily, sugarcane, light citrus, spice, floral. Empty glass Citrus, flowery, sugarcane, cardamom.

Another very interesting rum. This one spent a few days (no precise info, but that's counted in days, not weeks) in a cask (type not indicated). This gives it a very light champagne color and brings subtle notes of young wood to this white. Very pleasant.
