A fairly straightforward rum from Colombia. The nose has pleasant caramel and port wine notes mixed with wood and raisins. On the palate comes a sweet start, replaced by port wine. Spicy wood notes are expanded with caramel, dried fruit and coffee. The finish is not too long and offers spicy wood notes as well as port wine, tobacco and very distant cognac.

This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Price to quality is not too good.
