Unfortunately not as good as some others from Sebastian. But again, as a mixer, a nice rounded thing. Despite everything, a nice rum for the price, a bit underrated because of the Spanish style.

Blindly guessed a finish from a rather dry sherry. And lo and behold... Amontillado finish. This matchstick note practically jumps out at you. Means sulfate is noticeable, but still okay. You have to like it though. Nevertheless, a solid bottling. The finish is very pronounced. If you like that, go for it. Otherwise, Spanish style as you would expect.

As long as the cask stays on top it’s a great sipper. The spirit seems to bring some sharp metallic harshness. Overall worth a try.

Not my thing. Quite alcoholic and unbalanced. The finish also doesn't come across well after a light red wine.
