Funny thing. The nose is already pungently alcoholic, which continues on the palate and accompanies the aromas of young wood, grass and fermented light fruits right through to the finish. this rum is definitely interesting, but unfortunately not really good. Second tasting: +3 points

Fruity profile (exotic fruits like pineapple, citrus) and floral (rose, white flower, herbs). A zest of lemon. A little chili. You can feel the cognac barrel. Rather short palate that stays on the lemon zest.
