A worthy park pretty far from their usual standard in my opinion. Two downsides the alcool is not well integrated, and some rotting fruits notes on the nose are pretty disturbing. Beside that, that is resembling a Fijian rum, is definitely worthy park and while sipping is pretty decent so overall not a bad rum, just nothing I'm looking forward to drink again

Il s’agit donc d’un rhum de mélasse distillé en 2013 chez Worthy Park, et qui s’est affiné durant 7 ans en Fût de chêne US Ex-Bourbon sous climat Jamaicain (Fût 92) avant d’être rapatrié en Europe pour s’assagir durant 2 années. Embouteillé à même le Fût (BDF) à 65.7% chez Rhum Attitude Bruxelles. Nez équilibré typique de WP : ananas sucré/banane/vanille/chocolat. C’est riche, chaud et invitant ! Bouche franche et agréable : caramel/coco/funky de la Jamaïque/zeste d’orange La finale est moyenne mais plutôt réussie, sur du jolis boisé, du chocolaté et une touche d’olive Il s’agit d’un jam’ à faible teneur en esters (WPL ?). Un beau single cask qui représente bien l’univers de WP. C’est un rhum au gout intense et riche. Il manque de folie mais parfois c’est sympa aussi du plus conventionnel …

Bouteille tirée directement du fût à la boutique Rhum Attitude de Bruxelles. Un worthy park qualitatif mais un peu trop alcooleux à mon goût. Le prix raisonnable en fait un achat sans regret.
