8,4:On the nose, the first impression we get is herbal and bourbon like, as we find notes like coconut, dried fruits with apricots, raisins, roasted wood with caramel, buttery, nutty and spicy with vanilla.The molasses is covered with honey. On aeration, some perfume notes pop up, citrus with bergamot and pineapple, as the wood is more resinous, still caramelized, with coffee and chocolate, a bit smoky.A note of juniper might be there also. 8,5:On the palate, the attack is very pleasant, bourbon like with toasted coconut, dried fruits like raisins, apricots, roasted, charred wood with caramel, buttery, creamy with milk chocolate, nuts, spicy with pepper, vanilla.There are juicy peaches on the way of tasting, citrus with bergamot, with resting, the wood is more resinous, perhaps with some juniper, as the molasses brings perfume and tobacco. 8,4:The finish is long, with roasted, spicy, dry wood, a bit tannic, round and creamy with honey, caramel, chocolate, nuts and dried fruits, coconut, still perfumed.. #4729 20.05.2024 Relaxing at home with a few samples. Nose Wood, light roasted, dried fruit, light caramel, light chocolate, faint nutts, spice, cinnamon. Palate Round, wood, light roasted, dried fruit, spice, light nutts, faint chocolate, cinnamon, light cherry. Finish Medium long, round, wood, light pineapple, faint cherry, light chocolate. The empty glass has some light maple notes as well as some light burnt notes.

Belize Tasting with DomM Unfortunately not my cup of tea either, also too alcoholic and sharp-edged. A few were tested that evening, see picture, but unfortunately none of them really convinced me. Doesn't seem to be my profile.
