Sehr alkoholisch, sehr jung, wenig Reifung, wenig komplex. Dem Rum fehlen mindestens noch 4 Jahre, dann könnte er spannend werden.

Spannende Würze für so wenig Zeit im Fass. Riecht milder als er dann ist, durchaus komplexe Ansätze. Vorrangig Grappa, Brand und Calvados - allesamt fruchtige Noten die wirklich spannend werden könnten mit mehr Zeit im Holz.
