La canne est bien présente, avec des fruits et beaucoup d'épices.

Une bonne canne à sucre présente du début à la fin, soutenue par une finition en fût de vin cuit que l'on ressent très bien. Le tout est assez sec et frais, manquant peut être un peu de vieillissement. Très bon rapport qualité prix ceci dit.

Un rhum extrêmement intéressant car très original du faite de son blend d'une grosse mélasse Jamaïquaine (WP) qui est sublimée de deux pur jus, un de Martinique (colonne du Simon) et un de l'île Maurice (Saint Aubin) tout ça fini en fût de vin cuit Ce blend nous offre donc énormément de fruits passés au solvant (presque eau de vie) avec plein d'épices et un côté funky métallique, les purs jus sont la pour nous donner leurs fraîcheur et leur côtés végétale. La finition en fût de vin cuit vien apporte un côté fermenté et vineux a tout ça, ce qui n'est pas pour nous déplaire. Excellent !
