#5831 07.10.2025 Relaxing with a few samples. Today was an exciting day because I resigned from my current postion and will start in a new job in January 2026. Nose Light, floral, faint olive, faint chocolate, light coconut, nutty, light citrus. Palate Oliy, light floral, faint salt, pepper, light berries, anise, light caramel, pepper, light coconut, light citrus.. Finish Short to medium, light citrus, light caramel, light spicy. Empty glass Very faint floral and fruity notes.

Aquavitae Mülheim October 2025. Took a sample. Solid average rum, very similar to the Overproof. It's a very vegetal and floral rum. Olive is definitely noticeable here. There are worse ones.
