This is a cask experiment i was part of and the raw Australian rum was very promising. Unfortunately the cask has a bit too much influence on the final result. Natural sweet and warm with a fruity touch. Draws really nice curtains the age considered and the empty glass has clearer marzipan. Price to quality is pretty good.
