#7333 19.09.2026 Relaxing with a few extra samples while watching the new season of The Witcher. Very nice rum with an attractive price tag at release. Very well balanced profile with fruits, chocolate, roasted wood, leather, caramel, polish, mint, leather, spice, licorice, molasses, coffee and a dry spicy palate.

This is my jam right here! This rum has perfectly complimented the Moscatel cask it’s been matured in - there’s mention of French Oak but I’m not detecting much (to my senses anyway) This Moscatel cask was a juicy and active one! Honey drizzled currants, prunes and raisins, rather juicy dram this one… The finish is just medium length - it goes strong and then just vanishes instantly which is strange however an immensely enjoyable one Just a shame it’s sold out - I would’ve happily bought one UPDATE 16/07/2025 This has utterly slapped my palate with all things Blackcurrant!! It’s a Blackcurrant Fruit Pastille dipped in Ribena-flavoured Blackberry jam! This is quite the fruit bomb for me and I’m grinning from ear to ear Furthermore once sipped neat, I like to take a tiny sip of water as a “chaser” and this seems to emphasise the fruitiness in the mouth even more! Absolute banger for me! Score updated to 8.7

A really lovely rum. So good I purchased full bottle after my 20cl. Amazingly only £60 on sale at Harveynix. Really dense stick prune molasses french oak varnish.

My first grays. A rum of many faces. The nose is all aged Guyana, raisin, demera sugar and rich molasses. The mouth is different, some menthol, coffee, and molasses. Leads do a lighter and more exciting finish with hay, cigar, green fresh grass and some sticky caramel. Interesting and enjoyable rum
