#6090 20.12.2025 Part two of our online Christmas Caroni Tasting. Big thanks to Toni for sponsoring these lovely gems. Nose Round, wood, light roasted, tar, rubber, light vanilla, light raisin, faint smoke, light leather, faint chocolate. Palate Oily, wood, light smoke, light tar, light rubber, light licorice, light mint, faint leather, dried fruit. Finish Long, wood, faint smoke, light tar, light rubber, light chocolate, light peppery, light licorice. Empty glass Fruits, light mint, faint leather, light rubber, light tar. A slightly different caroni that is fruitier than the usual releases. Still a very well balanced and complex rum.
