#5365 02.06.2025 Running a few samples at home while watching Moonshiners 😊 Nose Fresh, medium intense, fruity, sugarcane, floral, light mango, naturally sweet, light citrus. Palate Medium intense, oily, fresh, sugarcane, floral, light citrus, complex, light mango, medium spicy, light nutts. Finish Long and warm, light citrus, sugarcane, light nutts, floral, oily, medium spicy. Empty glass Floral, light vegetal, faint anise, light mango, faint metallic. Needs to rest for a while to really open up.

Notes taken at Rhum Fest 2024, Quick notes and a bit heavy palate, sorry :) Here we have: a true brut de colonne, with hints of cane, citrus fruit and probably a few spices. A rum: with a nice sweetness, which masks the alcohol well at first sight, it looks like you're biting into the cane Finish: mostly peppery - as I recall Great memory!

Testé lors de Caen Spirits Festival 2025. Une expression très intéressante et intense sur ce brut de fût martiniquais. Très porté sur la canne et les agrumes. Jolie fraîcheur. Belle intensité. A tester frappé comme on me l'a conseillé sur le stand
