Geur is heerlijk zoetig, fruit komt naar voren alsof het fruit op een sterke geurige hout eiken blad ligt. Kan eraan blijven ruiken. Beetje karamel komt ook naar voren. Smaak begint met veel hout. Eikenhout. En gaat daarna over in zoetige fruit, karamel, ananas. Kruiden. En eindigt weer met houtige tonen. Afdronk is gemiddeld. Voor mij was dit de eerste Belize ervaring. Erg prettig. Ben er dol op.

Super super woody. All the tannins and oaky bitters. There's some dark chocolate. Some coffee. But mostly oak. The spirit somehow is strong enough to hold all these flavours but it is a tad one dimensional. It works though.
