Super super woody. All the tannins and oaky bitters. There's some dark chocolate. Some coffee. But mostly oak. The spirit somehow is strong enough to hold all these flavours but it is a tad one dimensional. It works though.

The smell is wonderfully sweet, the fruit comes forward as if the fruit lies on a strong fragrant oak leaf. Could keep smelling it. A bit of caramel also comes forward. Taste starts with lots of wood. Oak wood. Then goes over to sweet fruit, caramel, pineapple. Spices. And ends again with woody notes. Finish is average. For me, this was the first Belize experience. Very pleasant. I love it.
